Delivery options<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Venipak courier<\/strong> &#8211; delivery to your address in Lithuania.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Venipak parcel lockers and pickup points<\/strong> &#8211; collection at the point you choose.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Collection in person<\/strong> &#8211; U\u017epali\u0173 g. 87, Utena (free of charge, arranged in advance).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h3>1.2. Delivery cost<\/h3>\n<p>The cost depends on the delivery method you choose and on the size and weight of the parcel, and is calculated automatically. You see the exact amount in your cart and at checkout before confirming the order. No delivery charge applies when you collect in person.<\/p>\n\n<h3>1.3. Delivery times<\/h3>\n<p>Orders are processed on working days. Delivery times:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Lithuania<\/strong> &#8211; 1 to 30 working days from payment of the order;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Europe<\/strong> &#8211; 15 to 45 working days;<\/li>\n<li><strong>Rest of the world<\/strong> &#8211; 30 to 90 working days.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Times depend on the type of product &#8211; items in stock ship sooner, while goods made to order (hot tubs, for example) take longer. You are always welcome to check the exact timeframe before ordering.<\/p>\n<p>In exceptional cases delivery may be delayed by circumstances beyond our control. If that happens we will contact you and agree the delivery arrangements with you.<\/p>\n\n<h3>1.4. Receiving your goods<\/h3>\n<p>When your parcel arrives, check the condition of the packaging. By signing the delivery document you confirm that the parcel was delivered in good order.<\/p>\n\n<h2 id=\"payment\">2. Ordering and payment<\/h2>\n<p>You can place an order in the royaltubs.lt online shop. We will send confirmation to the email address you provide.<\/p>\n<p>Payments are made through the <strong>Paysera<\/strong> payment system: online banking and payment cards. All prices are in euros including VAT. The VAT invoice is issued electronically.<\/p>\n<p>Unless the contract provides otherwise, work on the order begins once payment has been received.<\/p>\n\n<h2 id=\"damaged\">3. Damaged or incorrect goods<\/h2>\n<p>If you receive goods that are damaged, incorrect or incomplete:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>If the packaging is visibly damaged, note this on the delivery document and tell the courier.<\/li>\n<li>Photograph the packaging and the item &#8211; the photographs are needed for the claim.<\/li>\n<li>Email us at <a href=\"mailto:info@royaltubs.lt\">info@royaltubs.lt<\/a> with your order number and a description of the problem.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>We will review the claim and reply within 14 days.<\/p>\n\n<h2 id=\"withdrawal\">4. 14-day right of withdrawal<\/h2>\n<p>A buyer who is a <strong>consumer<\/strong> (a natural person buying for purposes outside their trade or business) has the right to withdraw from the contract within <strong>14 days<\/strong> without giving a reason. The period runs from the day the goods are delivered.<\/p>\n<p>Tell us of your decision to withdraw by email at <a href=\"mailto:info@royaltubs.lt\">info@royaltubs.lt<\/a>. You must send the goods back no later than 14 days after giving that notice.<\/p>\n\n<h2 id=\"returns\">5. How to return goods<\/h2>\n<p>Returned goods must be:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>unused, undamaged and unchanged in appearance (apart from changes needed to inspect the item);<\/li>\n<li>in the original packaging with all documents and instructions;<\/li>\n<li>complete, with nothing missing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The buyer pays the cost of return<\/strong>, except where the goods were faulty or sent in error &#8211; in that case we cover the cost.<\/p>\n<p class=\"rt-legal__callout\">The return address is given once the return has been agreed by email. Please always contact us before sending anything back.<\/p>\n\n<h2 id=\"refunds\">6. Refunds<\/h2>\n<p>We refund no later than <strong>14 days<\/strong> from the day we receive notice of withdrawal. We refund the price of the goods and the standard delivery charge.<\/p>\n<p>If you chose a more expensive delivery method than the standard one, the additional cost is not refunded.<\/p>\n<p>We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or until you supply proof that you have sent them. Refunds are made by the same method used for payment.<\/p>\n<p>The buyer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and functioning.<\/p>\n\n<h2 id=\"exceptions\">7. Exceptions &#8211; when the right of withdrawal does not apply<\/h2>\n<p>The consumer right of withdrawal <strong>does not apply<\/strong> to goods made to the buyer&#8217;s individual specifications or clearly personalised. This includes hot tubs and other products built to a configuration chosen by the buyer (dimensions, finish, equipment and so on).<\/p>\n<p>Further exceptions are set out in the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and related legislation.<\/p>\n\n<h2 id=\"warranty\">8. Warranty and quality<\/h2>\n\n<h3>8.1. 24-month warranty on all goods<\/h3>\n<p>All goods carry a 24-month warranty. If a defect comes to light within <strong>2 years<\/strong> of delivery, you have the right to require repair or replacement, a price reduction, or termination of the contract with a refund.<\/p>\n\n<h3>8.2. How to make a claim<\/h3>\n<p>Email us at <a href=\"mailto:info@royaltubs.lt\">info@royaltubs.lt<\/a> stating:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>your name and contact details;<\/li>\n<li>the order number or invoice number;<\/li>\n<li>a description of the defect, with photographs;<\/li>\n<li>the remedy you would like.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We will reply within 14 days.<\/p>\n\n<h3>8.3. What the warranty does not cover<\/h3>\n<p>The warranty does not apply where the conditions for use, installation or maintenance have been breached, nor to normal wear and tear. Please read the instructions supplied with the product carefully before use.<\/p>\n<p>If inspection shows that the goods are sound and free of defects, the buyer pays the cost of sending and returning them.<\/p>\n\n<h2 id=\"contact\">9.
