Got questions?

Venipak courier – delivery to your address in Lithuania; Venipak parcel lockers and pickup points; collection in person at Užpalių g. 87, Utena (free of charge, arranged in advance).

Within Lithuania – 1 to 30 working days from payment. Items in stock ship sooner, while hot tubs built to order take longer. You are welcome to check the exact timeframe before ordering.

The cost depends on the method you choose and the size and weight of the parcel. It is calculated automatically and shown in your cart before you confirm the order. There is no delivery charge when you collect in person.

Payments go through the Paysera payment system – online banking and payment cards. All prices are in euros including VAT, and the VAT invoice is issued electronically.

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. This right does not apply to goods made to individual specifications, which includes hot tubs built to a chosen configuration. Please always contact us before sending anything back.

Every product carries a 24-month warranty. If a defect appears within 2 years of delivery, you have the right to ask for repair, replacement, a price reduction or termination of the contract. We review claims within 14 days.

Yes. Financing is provided by GF bankas: 0% interest, no contract fee, terms of up to 84 months. You will find more on the Buying in instalments page.
